Complaints Procedure

 

We strive to give you the best possible care and attention. If you are unhappy about any aspect of our service we would like to know. This practice offers a complaints procedure in accordance with NHS guidelines. A leaflet providing details of the procedure is available at reception.

 

If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service or would like to make a comment or suggestion, please speak to the Practice Manager who will be happy to discuss things further with you. It is our aim to resolve any problems promptly.
